a. Disassemble fixing accessories as bolts & nuts.
b. Disassemble motors to take out the rollers.
c. Disassemble the necessary rollers.
d. After taking out the rollers, replace with a new heat resistance felt belt.
e. Install the rollers as orders.
f. Fix the accessories after complete the installation of the heat resistance felt belt.
g. Debug.
When complete the replacement, debug is necessary.
Running machine unloaded, rollers positive to tension the felt belt every 2 hours at 120℃,150℃,180℃,230℃,240℃. Flap softly when the temperature rise.
Repeat to tension the felt belt to meet requirement. The status remains stable with a long-time heat.
Ensure the automatic deviation rectifier works under condition to avoid the felt belt get deviation.
P.S. Maintanence: Adopt butter for rust removal at 300℃。
